Hi MacRaccoon, I don't use TeamViewer, so I can't answer your queries concerning it, but I do believe that the Mac version also supports VPN. Just thought I'd let you know about the Mac OS X's own VPN server/client, although I know that some individuals on this forum swear by TeamViewer.

The Server.app also allows for client configuration files to me emailed to clients in order to setup the VPN client (although client setup is actually fairly straightforward to do manually). On the other hand, the OS X Server software ($20) has a GUI interface to the VPN server and thus makes server configuration simpler. What I wanted to say is that Mac OS X itself already included a VPN server and client, although to setup the server is slightly painful as it requires you to configure and start the server from the terminal. Well since I have it on windows, is there a way to set it up there as just server and then use other (os x) VPN client to connect to it? I cant find much info about the TW VPN online, so i have no idea how to setup something like that and if it's possible at all? Hi MacRaccoon, I don't use TeamViewer, so I can't answer your queries concerning it, but I do believe that the Mac version also supports VPN. The thing is it doesnt seem the mac version of TeamViewer to support the VPN goodie. Sometimes I dont need remote desktop but just to use the home PC as a VPN server so my laptop traffic is safe when accessing from open wifis. Ok TeamViewer for windows has an VPN option as well. I believe that the last version of the app store one to support OS X 10.6.8 was version 8.0.4.

Does anyone know where I can download remote desktop for OS X 10.6.8? I already have the remote desktop that is included with Office 2011 but I want the one off the app store. I use to have Remote Desktop from the app store before I had to replace my hard drive.

My Hard Drive went on my mac and after replacing it and reinstalling OS X 10.6.8 I cannot download Remote Desktop from the app store, it says I need at least OS X 10.7. Audio & Video tools downloads - Serato DJ Intro by Serato Audio Research and many more programs are available for instant and free download. Download serato dj intro for mac os x 10.6.8 for free.

The system requirements for Osirix now is 10.7. Question: Q: OsiriX viewer for for Mac OS X 10.6.8? OI have been unable to update my Mac Pro to 10.7 Lion, or Mountain Lion.
